01 Who processes the data

The controller is AIR BUSINESS SECURITY SOLUTIONS SRL, tax identification number 51106538, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under J2025001034001. The same company operates ai-taxe.ro.

For anything to do with your data, write to contact@ai-revolution.ro. For anything else about the service, the usual address remains contact@ai-taxe.ro.

02 What data we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form:

• the name you write;
• your e-mail address;
• the situation you pick from the list — individual, sole trader, company, or “I received a notice from the tax authority”;
• an optional field about where your income comes from, which you may leave empty;
• your message, that is, your tax question described in your own words.

The message is the only place where information about your financial situation can end up, because that is where you write your question. It is not a special category of data in the sense of the law, but we treat it with care: it reaches only the people who answer you, and it goes no further.

In addition, like any website, we receive technical data needed to deliver the page and to protect it against abuse: your IP address and browser type. These are processed by our infrastructure provider for security and to limit automated submissions, not to identify or track you.

We do not ask you for personal identification numbers, card details, documents or screenshots containing personal data through the form, and we ask you not to send them this way. If papers are needed, we will ask for them later, through a channel suited to that.

03 No cookies, and we do not track you

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, has no social network buttons, loads no fonts or resources from other domains and runs no JavaScript in your browser. There is no profiling and no automated decision concerning you.

That is why you will not see the cookie banner you have got used to: we have nothing to ask you for.

04 Why we process the data, and on what basis

We use the data solely to reply to your message and, where relevant, to discuss the situation you wrote to us about.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and, where you are not yet in that situation, our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us. We do not send unsolicited commercial messages and we do not put you on any newsletter list.

05 Who else has access

We do not sell or rent the data to anyone. It reaches, strictly technically, the providers that make the site work:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the site, delivers the pages, protects against abuse and routes the e-mail sent through the form;
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — the mailbox your message arrives in.

Beyond that, your message may be read by the chartered accountant we work with on your situation, if your question calls for it. It reaches nobody else.

The providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area as well, on the basis of the safeguards provided by European law. We tell you this because it is true, not because it sounds good.

06 How long we keep messages

12 months from the last exchange of messages, if the conversation does not become a contractual relationship. After that the message is deleted. If you want it deleted sooner, a single e-mail to contact@ai-revolution.ro is enough.

07 What you can ask for at any time

You have the right to ask for: access to your data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of processing, its portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to contact@ai-revolution.ro and we will answer. We do not ask you to fill in forms and we do not ask you for a copy of your ID for this.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

08 You are not obliged to give us your data

Filling in the form is optional. If you would rather not leave us your name and e-mail address, we simply have no way of replying to you — nothing else changes and the rest of the site stays accessible.

09 Changes

If we change anything in the way we process data, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
